Because of the big trees on our lot, the sewer line backs up if not periodically cleaned out. I have used this company for 10 years either when the drain backed up in the basement or for preventive maintainance. They are always courteous, prompt, and arrive when they say they will. Once I called another company and they charged me $100.00 more for the same service.

I guess that they did a decent job. Although the quality of the work was not up to my expectations since the lime is still remaining in the toilet.

THEIR PRICE IS TOO HIGH AND THE PROFESSIONALISM IS NOT WHAT WE EXPECT. THE PLUMBER WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE WAS NOT CAREFUL WHERE HE WAS STEPPING. HE WALKED OUT ON THE LIVING ROOM CARPET WITH DIRTY SHOES. OTHER COMPANIES HAVE BEEN MORE CAREFUL.
