In general, they did a good job. Except for an expensive water softening system they recommended I purchase and they installed, everything works well. I am in a dispute over the water softening system and had hoped that Canova Plumbing would have been more help with the manufacturer. I think they are good for everyday plumbing issues. I would not use their recommended water softening system.

It was a fairly complex design, involving a hard-to-find tub, removal of a contractor's old-style enclosure-tub combo, a new gfi-outlet for the new tub, new marble enclosure, and all realated items; but the result was excellent.

I enjoyed working with Canova. I felt that they were very honest, and I did not feel like they were taking advantage of me. They are professional, responsive, and punctual.
