In our electronics store we sell the newest tvs, 4K televisions, iPads, laptops, headphone and bluetooth speakers from Sony, Bose & Beats. In Sept of 2016 delivery crew arrived late. Broke decorative railing on front porch. Later discovered door dents on Refrigerator. RC Willey made it right but took 2 months for delivery. In 2020, delivery crew arrived very late (9:00 p.m.) Did not have entire order. Range was delivered 2 weeks later. House was not completed, so appliances stored in garage. When builder went to install dishwasher protective packaging was removed only to discover two deep dents in top of stainless steel tub. RC Willey notified agreed to exchange. But no longer had that model in stock. Had to pay an additional $250 for comparable model. To meet deadline for inspection and occupancy permit, I had to drive 360 miles round trip to return damaged dishwasher and pick up replacement. Delivery services to Wyoming are unreliable and will likely incur damage based on our experience.

We were practically attacked when we walked in the door.  They followed us around just waiting for a bite like a shark.  That is bothersome.  But if you have a question they are very knowledgeable.  They are professional almost to a fault.  I love the selection they do have, but they try to talk you into everything.  If you are buying a TV, like we did; they try to talk you into the surround sound, DVD, VCR, couch, tables and everything else you can imagine that would go with an entertainment center.  We did fall for the surround sound, DVD, TV stand and all high quality cables to hook it all up.  We could have bought the other stuff at Walmart for much less!!!

Because of the amount of carpet being laid, it had to be done in two days.  The first installation day went very well. William was the installer and was amazing!  He showed me exactly where seams would be and made sure I was OK with it.  He spent the entire day there and was never seemed in a hurry to get the job done.  I felt his main concern was to do a great job...which he did.  I honestly can't find the seams!  The second day was a complete different experience.  A different installer came that day.  He was unfriendly and in a hurry and snapped at me when I expressed concern over one of the seams. He was placing it in a very visible place and William had told me it would be in a less visible place.  I was very uncomfortable the second day of installation.  After he left I was shocked at what a horrible job he did.  The seam was very noticeable plus he had pieced it together!  The minute you walked into the entry your eyes were drawn to the seams! The stairs looked raggy and looked unfinished. Not acceptable!  I called RC Willey and they were wonderful.  They sent someone right out to look at it and he agreed it was not acceptable.  He had more carpet ordered and sent William out to redo the previous job.  Now I love my new carpet and would definitely recommend RC Willey.  Their customer service is great!  I truly felt they were there to please their customers.

The did a very excellent job. The finished product looks and feels spectacular. I felt they did an excellent job keeping my home clean during the removal of the old carpet and the installation process.

THEY ARE ACTUALLY A FURNITURE STORE ALSO AND WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THEM. IN ADDITION THEY HAVE ALSO SOLD US HOME APPLIANCES AND ELECTRONICS AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE.

OUR CARPET LOOKS NICE. AT FIRST WE WEREN'T HAPPY WITH A VISIBLE SEAM. THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT ABOUT FIXING IT AND MAKING SURE WE WERE SATISFIED. ALSO, THEY WERE GOOD CLEANING UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
