I spoke to them this morning, I am in frequent contact with them. They charge a certain percentage, and it is quite reasonable. They are friendly, and they work well. I have had them for a year.

We are moving out of a TPM renal house next month. We have been using them for five years. It is pretty good. It was a brand new house so it did not have a lot of problems and when I had something that needs repaired, they would come out with the exception of painting the trim. They kept not responding to that and when I finally said "you know what, it is a nice weather, it is not raining anymore, don't you have somebody to pain the trim?" Then we got a call and said "oh, we got to ask the owner about that. We decided to put the house on the market". So I am like "well thanks a lot". I could not get my mouth shut. That is okay. We are moving to a nicer house.
