Avoid this contractor. He signs a contract with you and ask for half of the money upfront then he works a little bit and asks for more money. If you don?t pay he stops working until you pay the extra charge. He does that not once but several times. he says the project takes two weeks but with games he plays it takes several months Since you have to sue him and force him to finish the project.
