It was just an awful experience overall. He had subs come to me that said he hadn't paid them. I ended up having to pay the subs. He did everything really sloppy and was not clean. I had to have an architect come out and create a check list for things that needed to be fixed. He came up with a 6 page list of things that needed to be done. He finished up and the project ended up turning out alright. If I wouldn't have checked to find all the mistakes myself he would have left them. It was just a hassle and I did not enjoy the experience I had with him. For the amount of money I spent I should have been thrilled with the out come and I simply was not.
Description of Work: Had and addition put on for and endless pool room and remodeled my kitchen.
