Lawn Irrigation
I called them, hoping they could at least come out and give me an estimate that day because it was very hot and I was having to water my yard manually. They said they could shift their schedule and have someone there about 2 p.m. However, their man actually arrived about 10 a.m. We discussed the problem and he gave me an estimate. He got right to work and finished in an hour and 45 minutes. That's what I was charged for - they didn't round it up to 2 hours. He then cleaned up the area, reburying the pipes and removing all the old fittings and valve. He was very polite and professional. I was pleased with the quick response, the quality of the work, and felt the charges were honest and reasonable.
