He was pleasant and got right to work. Explained everything he was doing and left me with an appraisal and permission to refer anyone interested in purchasing my piano as to its condition and authentication. He did a wonderful job and I feel his prices were reasonable. He put in a lot of work to get my piano to sound its best. It was not a simple task and he accommodated my schedule and came latter in the evening, sacrificing his time he could have been home with his family. He is a gifted technician and you can tell he has a passion for his work. This was a wonderful and pleasant experience and I learned a lot about what makes a piano sound good and how to care for it properly.

Vincent with Mrykalo's Piano Service and Restoration is one of the best piano tuners around. He trains other trainers. He is very thorough. He looks at the whole piano. He is excellent.

Perfect. The piano sounds excellent. Vince also does rebuilding, he undercharges and is way better than his competitors.
