Explained everything he was doing and left me with an appraisal and permission to refer anyone interested in purchasing my piano as to its condition and authentication. He did a wonderful job and I feel his prices were reasonable. He put in a lot of work to get my piano to sound its best. It was not a simple task and he accommodated my schedule and came latter in the evening, sacrificing his time he could have been home with his family. He is a gifted technician and you can tell he has a passion for his work. This was a wonderful and pleasant experience and I learned a lot about what makes a piano sound good and how to care for it properly.
Description of Work: Mr Mrykalo came to my house on the spur of the moment. After facing a family tragedy I needed some advice about my old piano. I have an old Kimball upright and was uncertain of the age or condition of the piano. My piano had not been serviced for several years and the task at hand would not be as simple as a regular tunning. He was able to answer all my questions and apprise its value. He was pleasant and professional and more knowledgeable than the other technicians I had interviewed. I would recommend his services to anyone. He is truly a gifted professional. Thanks Mr Mrykalo your the bes t!!! My piano sounds great.

 + -1 morePerfect. The piano sounds excellent. Vince also does rebuilding, he undercharges and is way better than his competitors.
