Mad Dog Cycles

I experienced RACISM, from MAD DOG CYCLES. I ordered a crankset part, I gave them my credit card information, I got a confirmation number email, everything was fine, and the part on the way delivery in 7 - 11 days. On day 9, two days before deadline delivery date, I get a text from them, claiming a fraud alert was on my card. (I knew right away they were lying, this would have happened the first day I ordered). They asked me to send a photo copy of my ID and send it to them, (this was absurd, utterly ridiculous) I'm no fool, I am not giving them my personal information, so they can create a fake ID, and rob me blind. I'am not going to help them steal my identity, no way, I will not send them or anyone, a photo copy of my ID. I text them, YOU ARE LYING THERE IS NO FRAUD ALERT ON MY CREDIT CARD. (Here we go, Another round of RACISM). But, I called my bank anyway, they said THEIR IS NO FRAUD ALERT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. My last name is an Arabic name. I ordered from Ebay 3 days "after" I ordered from mad dog with the same credit card, I got my order no problem. My bank said I did the right thing, NEVER SEND A PHOTO COPY OF YOUR ID TO ANYONE. Mad dog cycle lied about the fraud alert, attempted to steal my Identity and canceled my order, because I have an ethnic name. The reveiws about Mad Dog are fake, put there by them, or their friends, they block real people from commenting. If my name was not ethnic, they would have not done this. They have blocked my text, & are not taking phone calls.They blocked me so far from puting a comment on their site, so I'am here. Spread the word. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LYING RACIST UTAH COMPANY !!! They should get a visit from the FBI for attempting to steal my Identity and discrimination. I have the text and billing information for proof. FBI CAN CALL ME AT (206) 391-4813. Ask for Mr. Ali.

Very impressed with their friendliness and flexibility. They usually take a few days to service bikes, but as I was in a hurry they serviced my bicycle in 20 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. They are very knowledgeable about bikes. I also needed some parts and the salesman was helpful and not at all pushy. Helped me find what I needed in my price range.
