Window looks great. There is no sign of the work being done, no follow up cosmetic work was needed. Shower glass also installed cleanly and nicely. Installers were professional and friendly.

They did not have our glass in stock. when arrived. had to call them to get time set. After replace got a letter from insurance that they had not submitted for payment yet. Contacted them, Advised them of letter. The said they would submit the invoice. However, They did fix a rock chip for free yesterday as we got a chip from a large rock. they fixed it right away for free!

Jones Paint & Glass was great. They came and measured the shower, explained our options, and installed a few weeks later. Based on how perfectly the door fits the space, their measurements were obviously very precise. No complaints.

I have used this business previously to provide me with an aerosol can of paint that matched my car to fix a scratch and I was very pleased with their prompt and professional service.  Yesterday when a car that I purchased in Vegas failed to pass the safety inspection because the front windows were too dark I went to three shops who either couldn't fix the tint or who wanted to charge me $50 to $100 to fix it.  When at  last I went by Jones for advice and explained the issue a very helpful and considerate gentleman went to the car with me, used his fingernail to loosen the corner of the tint and ripped it off in one motion, thereby fixing the entire problem in less than 30 seconds at no charge.  When it comes to honesty, helpfulness, courtesy and professionalism these guys can't be beat.

Done right and on-time

I have used Jones paint and glass for home window (glass) replacement, Epoxy floor paint, and auto glass replacement. This review is for Auto Glass replacement.
Jones replaced the front windshield in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The window had variable shading and water sensors for rain detection. Their price was about $200 less than the dealer and was covered by my insurance. They replaced the window at my job site. I scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. The technician called in the morning to see if he could move the appointment to the morning because of a cancellation. He completed the work quickly and I had my car finished before lunch.
I did have a wind whistle after the replacement. I notified Jones and they quickly found the problem and fixed it.

Remodel project. Windows were not measured well and did not fit well. Installers did the best they could.

There were quite a few problems. They came back to try to fix them. They were able to fix some but not all. Everything was installed very quick.

The guy was really nice and personable. My kids were there, and he was very nice to them as well as being concerned for their safety.

They are very friendly. The crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves when they finished the work. We have used Jones for years, and we will most likely use them again in the future.

They had a lot of displays to look at, which was very helpful. They had examples of what they were going to do. They were very informative and customer oriented. The cost was exactly as quoted. The work was done to my satisfaction. I will hire them again.

I was so happy with them, that I sent a letter to the company stating how pleased I was. The overall work was excellent and everything fit well. They were very efficient. They responded with a Thank You call.

We had our contractor pick out the windows from Jones paint and glass they were very helpful with everything. They delivered them when they were expected to with out any problems. We would recommend them to others.
