+ -1 moreJoe and his employees are good to their word, friendly and knowledgeable. However, they are a bit disorganized. On both buying the dishwasher and getting it repaired, I had to make a few phone calls before they seemed to remember. On the plus side, Joe gave me a free delivery to make up for the time delay. Their warranty and experience with appliances would prompt me to go to them again if looking for a used appliance.
Description of Work: Bought a used Portable Dishwasher, comes with Joes standard 6-month warranty. A leak developed, and Joe sent a technician to repair it, honoring the warranty.
