satellite tv service
 + -1 moreI received a bill for 2 months service within 48 hours of getting installation! The costs were more than I had been quoted. When I complained about the service missing HDTV I was told about more fees, making their service about as expensive as cable. I said I did not get what I had ordered, and wanted them to pull the service. The stopped the service, but now, 2 weeks later have not picked up the equipment, and insist that I must pay them $500++ before they will pick up equipment, PLUS penalty fees because they claim that I was 1 day past their cancellation deadline (If you count dialogue with 2 non English agents, I was on time). I have made countless calls, written letters, and nothing. They have been obnoxious, rude, and threatening. DISH people are unwilling to step in and resolve the matter. Infiniti has guarded its location, local contacts - making it impossible to return equipment or locate anyone. BEWARE - this is one miserable company. FRAUD, EXTORTION, LIES.
Description of Work: After sales call, I switched from cable TV to Dish. Infiniti Marketing is the so-called contractor in this area that manages equipment and installation. I asked for service equal to what I had and was told I would have the same service for considerable savings. They installed the wiring, boxes and dish. It was NOT the same service, but missing HDTV coverage. Once I realized the error, I called and got a non-English speaking individual who did not grasp what I was saying. I called back and got another who did not understand. The next day I got someone who indicated I could have HDTV if I paid an additional $50 to install, plus an additional $20 a month.
