carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe manager/ owner sent his step son out to do the cleaning. He did not do all the spots that I specifically discussed with him to do. I called to speak with him about it and did not hear back from him. When I finally reached him, I expressed my concerns, he said he would call me back but he never did. After two phone calls and his failure to get back to me, plus his lack of professionalism, I will never use him again.
Description of Work: I called for carpet cleaning services the day before Thanksgiving. I asked for a deep cleaning of the entire house.
