We really enjoyed working with Billy and his team! We did a whole-house remodel (interior and exterior) and dealt with approximately 30 different contractors. Billy was one of the best--I wish everyone was like him. Very professional, friendly, and competent. His employees were very friendly and pleasant to be around too. At one point during the job, there was a minor mishap. I won't get into the details of it, but I will just say that Billy handled it like a pro, and in the end I gained a lot of respect for him and how he runs his business. One minor complaint is that since the time he finished, I have contacted him a couple of times for some additional work, and he has been slow in getting back to me. I don't fault him too much for this because he is probably very busy with his current jobs, but it would be nice to get quicker responsiveness for a former (and possibly future) customer.

Everything turned out great! Billy was awesome to work with! My wife and I sometimes have a hard time making decisions when it comes to permanent changes. Billy worked with us throughout the whole project and was very flexible with all of our changes. For those decisions we had a hard time making he would help by giving us some creative suggestions and explained several do's and don't's to landscaping. Not to mention he spent at least a few hours on the phone with me over the course of the project to make sure we were getting what we wanted and that we were happy. One night he spent 45 minutes on the phone with me going over plant and tree ideas to make sure what we chose was right for us (I'm assuming not many landscapers are willing to take that kind of time and not charge you for it). Our backyard looks awesome! Billy even took the time to adjust all of our sprinklers so our lawn and plants would get the coverage they needed. The side yard took a bit of a hit because he had to bring in a bobcat for the re-grade and it dug foot deep tire tracks in the lawn and bark due to the soft ground. However, Billy took care of replacing the damaged lawn, replaced the bark and fixed a couple sprinklers that were broken in the process at no cost to us. After finishing the job he made sure everything was picked up and clean. Billy is very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends!
