DO NOT USE THE COLEMAN VETERINARY CLINIC ON PROVO CANYON ROAD, PROVO FOR ANYTHING! They literally KILLED our beautiful 5 yr old chocolate lab by leaving an instrument inside him during a surgery. When we took him back because he wasn't getting better they lied to us about everything and said he was just fine. The arrogant and ornery receptionist, Brandi, would NEVER let us speak to or see Dr Coleman - does he even still work there??? She always says he is with "patients" and can't be bothered. Even after they performed the surgery, which they said he needed because his x-rays (which we never saw) showed he had eaten something that was in his intestines, or after we had concerns because he wasn't getting better two weeks after surgery. Obviously we weren't just nervous owners, we gave them a list of about 8 things that weren't his normal behavior, but they still told us he was fine and refused to let us talk to Dr. Coleman.  We then took him to another clinic where they ran lab tests and then because of those horrible results, and after the Vet himself consulted with us, they did x-rays and found an instrument left inside him by COLEMAN for 2 WEEKS!! I cannot figure out how to post the photos of the X-rays that our second clinic took showing the instrument that was left in him and was the cause of his death and they tell the whole story better than I ever could with words.  If you want to see them go to Google reviews as I have posted them there. In spite of this horrible mistake, if the Coleman clinic would have paid attention to what we told them when we took Yankee back for the later visit, or let us talk to the real doctor, Dr. Coleman could have found the problem and taken care of it. By the time the 2nd clinic found the problem and operated it was too late for him to survive the condition caused by Coleman's malpractice. Do not trust what they say, they lie about everything they do, every exam, and every prognosis! Now that our dog has died they still refuse to talk to us in a civil manner or let us talk to Dr. Coleman. They are horrible and none of those people should be allowed to be passed off as veterinary clinic professionals. We will do everything we can to ensure that they are no longer licensed to care for any animals.

They're great. He is a really good vet though. He is inexpensive. I don't know but he isn't for the money so I think he must care about the people and their animals. I like first of all, he is a professional. You can go in the room with him. He does all the testing in front of you. It's no guess work and he tells you why, what, how and what for. He is just an all around good person that has a huge love for animals. It takes a while to find a good vet, but I won't go anywhere else unless I have to.

I'd really like to leave positive feedback since it seems like everyone else was happy with their experience, but unfortunately I cannot. I had my cat declawed there, and although it was affordable and the procedure appears to have been done correctly, they didn't give me any pain medication for my sweet little kitty! I actually asked for it, and the assistant/receptionist told me, and quot; it's hard to explain, but cats aren't in pain after being declawed.and quot; Surprised (but trusting that this girl knew what she was talking about), I took my little girl home and that weekend my cat was in a lot of pain (hiding, crying, wouldn't eat). Coleman Vet was closed so I had to take her to an instacare vet, which gave me the medicine my cat needed .... but my instacare visit cost me TWICE as much as the actual declawing surgery! I went back to Coleman the following Monday and told them what happened, and they stuck to their story that my cat didn't need any pain meds -- nor did they apologize, NOR would they let me the vet! I also asked several times and was told that 'no body sees him'. I just wanted him to explain it to me, ease my concerns ... like vets should do for their pet owners. Sad experience to know my little kitty was in so much pain and Coleman vet didn't see the necessity in post-surgery medication. If they would like to contact me and explain why this happened, I will consider giving them higher ratings. But until then, I would not have surgery done at Coleman Veterinary Hospital.

He is a wonderful, wonderful man. I have taken all my animals to him. For all the examinations, all the tests, and all the medicine, for my Boxer, I received an amazing rate. He is an animal lover. I couldn't recommend anybody more than him.

Several years ago I mentioned to a friend that I was looking for a Vet. She suggested I visit Dr. Coleman's office. I took my dog there and was immediately impressed with how clean the office was. When Dr. Coleman examined my dog, once again I was impressed with his demeanor and the way he handled my dog. He asked questions and really listened to the answers and not only answered the questions I had but went into depth with his explanations. That was enough for me as I have been going to his office now for about 5 years.

The pricing is good. The vet and staff are excellent and I could not imagine in this day and age, I got in and out quickly. The place was spotless. I can't believe everything about him.
It was a very homey atmosphere, you can ask questions.
I recommended him as a pet lover and owner and a member. He is extremely knowledgeable and I don't think I can say I can say enough good about him and his staff. He is an excellent vet!
