I didn't like everything about them. They scratched up the floor, argued with me about the fix and it was just a horrible experience. They also threatened to take me to court. They couldn't finish the work. The floors looked worse than they did after they had worked on them than how they were before. I am regretting doing it. I was not pleased at all. I finally gave up on them and gave them the money they accounted me for though I was not happy. If at a future date I might get someone else to come and fix it. I am going to try and forget it.

"I am the owners wife and work with all the billing and seen pictures of the floor...This woman had a coat of finish put on her floor...it was not sanded (refinished with new finish)...she couldn't expect it to look not scratched. I have 2 little children that have scratched up my own personal floor so I had my husband sand it and we took off all the color and put a new color on and 3 coats. Looks gorgeous...maybe she should have opted for this? Cost is a little higher but worth it. Anyways like I said before I am in charge of billing and this woman cancelled her check after I had already submitted it to the bank so that is why my husband did say he would take her to small claims court. We ended up having a few checks bounce when she could have just called him up and said she needed her floor refinished instead of just paying to have a clear coat put over the scratches. My husband and his brother do beautiful work and we just love our personal floor. If anyone needs a free bid my husband is more than willing to rush right over even on the weekend and do one :) give us a call 801-592-6135"

I thought the guy was very knowledgeable. He was also very nice and courteous. He worked quickly and took extra care not cause any mess caused by sanding and refinishing. When the work was completed, he did a superb job of cleaning up.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND TRUSTWORTHY AND WORKED AROUND THE KIDS AND MY SCHEDULE. I FELT THAT I COULD LEAVE THEM IN THE HOUSE IF I NEEDED TO RUN OUT SOMEWHERE.
