Home Security System Service
Apex Alarms, represented by Jared H, are door-to-door sales company promising to upgrade you current home security system for free for a small increase to the monthly monitoring charge. I was suckered into only to find out that they were installing the new system immediately. However, they had poor workmanship, displayed poor professionalism and did not complete the job in the time frame that they promised. They next morning, the alarm would not work and the 800-customer support was inadequate, including long hold times. Internet research also shows though they are a legit company, they have unethical business value. I highly recommend that you do not use this company.
