Very poor experience. Currently, having to take legal action to get a refund. Didn’t listen to what we wanted but instead constantly tried to upsell. We asked to match existing fence. They didn’t measure the dimensions of the fence and ordered the wrong posts. Offered to pay for the matching posts. Kent, the owner, tried to talk my wife out of it. When we insisted, he tried to gouge us with an incredibly high bid for the fence with the matching posts (including doubling the cost of labor). Got two independent bids that were thousands cheaper and went with another contractor. Kent then asked for ridiculous fees, including for digging post holes on the wrong side of the property. Tried to negotiate a settlement in good faith but Kent doesn’t believe any of the issues are his fault. Keeps blaming us for “changing our minds.” Was condescending to my wife throughout. Very, very disappointing.

All American Vinyl was one of four fencing companies I called for a quote on removing an old fence and installing a new fence.Only two of the four I contacted actually came out to look at what I wanted done.All American Vinyl was a little higher in cost than the other fence company that came out (Best Vinyl).Scheduled the fence work 5 weeks in advance and put down a $6k deposit for about $11k of work.  They never showed up on their scheduled day.  I called them and they said they were a little behind schedule and would get started the next week.  The next week they didn't show up so I called them again.  They said would get started in three days.  Three days later they didn't show up so I called them again.  They were still running a little behind.  I don't know what their problem was with using the phone to call me.  I was getting mad. I would have cancelled the job but I knew I would have to schedule with another company and wait another four weeks to get started.  On their next scheduled day they didn't show up and they still didn't know how to dial out on a phone so I called them again and told them show up on Monday or forget the job.  They showed up on Monday.  They told me it would take three days to do the job and it took almost three weeks.  Part of the three weeks was they were missing in action again for 10 days.  They still didn't call me to let me know when the work would begin again.Overall the work was good.Would I call them again? NEVER!!!!!I dread the day if something break under warranty and I have to call them for repair.

Their product's pieces were a little thicker, so there would be less sag. The main thing was the product, but they also did break some sprinkler lines. They were okay.
