Hardware & Home Improvement Stores
I recently purchased a broken fish tape from Steve Tanner’s Ace Hardware store in Provo. When I took the fish tape back, Brigette Mitchell refused to give me a refund. Mitchell cited company policy as the reason why Steven Tanner’s Ace Hardware does not give refunds. In addition, Mitchell said that she didn’t like my attitude and refused to even give me in-store credit. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect as I was for simply asking for my money back on a broken item sold to me from Steven Tanner’s Ace Hardware. Buyer beware. If you want to shop at Ace Hardware and want to have the option to return defective products, or products that you just don't like, go to Gordons Ace Hardware 3067 Canyon Rd, Provo. I will be well worth your time and no one will confiscate your backpack or accuse you of stealing.
