The system works great but the workers sucked. They were unprofessional and constantly on their phones and making all of their cuts were rough and uneven crooked and in many cases far too large to cover and ugly. When asked to come back and fix their mistakes scott and Val both came out personally after to see the work and were trying to blame us for the garbage work. Then when they finally did start fixing some of it they got it part way done and we haven't heard from them in months. And on top of sloppy work they were messy, they left wall debris and nails and screws and insulation everywhere. They didn't clean up after themselves at the end of each workday and even left soda cups and fast food garbage. They spilled the duct tar on our brand spanking new carpet that cost around 3 grand to get installed and told us to " use warm water and a rag to get it up" they were altogether a horrible experience and I wouldn't buy another item or service from them if they were the last company on the planet.
