I was very happy with the quality of the work that was done - that would get an A grade. However, the overall cost was ridiculously high, over $200/hr for labor! Also, I never really received an itemized cost list, and the office staff actually acted annoyed when I had to keep calling back to get the invoice because they would promise to call me back and never follow through. Unfortunately, the crazy cost and the poor treatment by office staff make me unlikely to use them again.

Made the call in the morning to inquire about cost and services of a frozen pipe. I explained the situation and the urgency. They said the would call back to find out their availability. 10 minutes later, they told me someone would be there in 20 minutes to check it out. We had a good conversation about different options on how to tackle the problem. Due to their professionalism and communication process, we decided to go with the major repair versus the "band-aid". The job was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you!

I was contacted the day before with a time window. Marlin showed up within that time frame. He was very professional and helpful. This is the second time he has done work for me.

I like them and they are very dependable. I feel like I know them. They send out the same person every time and I get to know him and they work with me. They are willing to help me with things that I need some help on. I like using them. They are local for me and it gets easier for them to get here. I once called them about my water heater which had a problem and then I realized it was the original company people who installed it that I had to call. But they called me back and were very concerned and very good. They usually come out within 2 or 3 days but if it is an emergency they come right out. They have really nice staff and plumbers. Their prices are very competitive. I have never had any problem with them. They are professional and always punctual. If there is a reason for a delay they will call me.

I found it to be satisfactory at the time. The same man came out each time for my drain. I found out later that I could clean the drain out to the sewage system to fix the problem. I was unhappy with the fact that their service man did not tell me that I could do this in order to fix the problem.

A water line blew out catastrophically in our bathroom, under the sink. Told came out right away and repaired it. Unfortunately, the repair wasn't quite right, so we subsequently found it was leaking. I called them again, two days later, and they sent someone out again ... right away ... and repaired the repair. Got it right that time. It would have been better not to have that 2nd repair, but to their credit, they responded immediately and didn't charge extra. I would call them again ... especially for their responsiveness.

This was not the first time I have used Told. Every time I have used them they have arrived on time. They give a good estimate. They do what they say they are going to do. They do quality work. For instance, they changed this leaky valve and it has been perfect ever since. I used them because I have used them in the past and have been successful with them.

When the service man came to make an estimate, he started work before he told my wife how much it would cost. She was expecting that he would check first and then tell her how much it would cost, but he just started the work and did not tell her how much it would cost until she asked. He did a good job of unclogging the pipe, but the price was $130 for less than 20 minutes work. Even with travel time, that is a hefty price per hour. The quality was good, the price extremely high. They have done quality/expensive plumbing work for me in the past. I will try someone else for simple drain unclogging next time.

I was really happy with the quality of their work and their response time. They gave me a good deal with the plumbing, but I thought they were a little highly priced for the handyman work.

They were great but they were kind of on the more expensive end. I would use their services in the future too.

We had a water heater that was about to go out. We needed a new one quick before the bottom came out. I called around to a few different plumbers to get a price quote and this plumber had the best price and the best review. They said they would come out the next day and I should expect a call between 7:30 and 8:30 in the morning to give me a time when they were going to come by. I waited for the call and waited and waited, by 10 there was no call so I called the company, they said there were some emergencies that came up and the person who was going to do the service would call and tell me a time. So I waited again, by 2:30 there was no call. So I called the company back and the person said she would call the plumber to see when he was going to come. She said between 3:30 and 4:30, I asked her to have the plumber call before he came over to see if I could run some errands, again the person preforming the service never called. He did come around 4:15 but didn't have the right water heater and had to return to get another water heater. After he came back the installation went great. The plumber did some extras with the venting as far as taping the seams of the vent where the screws were at that other plumbers would not of done. My only complaint is the correspondence with the time. It was worse than working with the cable company on getting a time when they were coming out. As far as everything else goes the price was better than the other 4 companies that I called.

They were nice on the phone and gave me a good estimate. They showed up when they said they were going to. They were time efficient. They were friendly and competent. They did a good job overall.

Installed new gas line to range but was unable to terminate the gas line in my kitchen wall as I had requested during the estimate. They installers did come up with a solution that met my needs.

The best thing about this experience was that they were able to come out and do the work the very same day that I called. I was not expecting that and I was very happy it could get done that soon.

I liked them because they had good rates and other people I know that used them told me that they had good work ethic. When they came out to do the work, they were on time and very professional. I thought that their rates were great also. There were no surprises that came up during the course of the project.

I hired Told Plumbing to come out and fix a leak in my sink. They also switched the hot and cold knobs in the bath tub because they were backwards. We have used them before. I have always been happy with their work. Their prices are realistic.

We were pleased with the company. When they had to come back they didn't charge, even though they came back fixing someone else's mistake.

The staff at Told Plumbing are friendly and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and I'm very satisfied with the work they've done. I will and have recommended them.
