When I discovered I had bed bugs, I think i literally thought my life was over. I worked myself up into such a frenzy reading horror stories online. I contacted several different pest control companies but ended up going with Thorn for several reasons - they were able to come almost immediately, they were able to treat my entire home at once (instead of coming out several times to treat different rooms), they offered the best price on the heat treatment along with the longest guarantee, and the heat treatment also came with an initial dusting and several follow up treatments. I could not be more happy with my decision to go with this company. I was a neurtoic mess intially, calling and emailing at all hours of the night, looking for reassurance that my social life hadn't ended - the people at this company were not being paid to be my counselors, but they definitely were. All emails were answered same day, the techs were happy to respond to my texts (even at 1 in the morning in some cases) and always came out to do an inspection or a follow up dusting whenever i wanted, just to ease my mind. Each member of the office staff and service techs I met were friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and so compassionate - often staying longer than needed to talk me through questions, concerns, and just to make me feel better about my situation. In the end, they took care of my problem and did so with the most amazing customer service ever. I recommend 110%!

Thorn Pest Solutions have been great for our home and peace of mind.
We have had a sever issue with Boxelder bugs and, in turn, spiders.
Neither my wife or I are particularly fond of creepy crawlies so not seeing them in/around the house is a blessing :)
We have used their services multiple times over the past year and have not been disappointed at all.
They are always at my home within the window provided and are great at reschedules.
We have been greeted by a professional each of the 4 times they have come out.
They take off their shoes (or put on shoe covers) and are always up for my questions. Whether they are questions about particular bugs or mice, or what chemicals they use and how they work.
After using Orkin for 5 years we are glad we switched to Thorn Pest Solutions. We are saving money and, according to TPS, we are using a much less hazardous substance to our family, pets and environment.

We really liked him. He explained things to me and did a thorough check. I compared the price and it was really reasonable.

Having sprayed for spider in the past, I had no problems with this company.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY SOLUTIONS OTHER THAN SPIDERS.

I would absolutely use them again. I would recommend them to other people, too.

They are really good. It has just been simple and easy to work with them. They come out and they spray and they are gone. I have had no problems with them. I also really like that they call and remind me when it is time to set up my next appointment.

They're professional and they are quick. They have a good price and we haven't had any problems.

They are very good and punctual. They do not need to call customers to remind them of their appointments, they just need to do it once. I plan on using them again in the future.

Sprayed for insects and we had some appear along with several spiders. Called the company and they informed us that after six weeks it would cost us $40.00 for them to come and do it again. We have had several companies from different communities and States that stood by their spraying and charged nothing if insects appeared again. We will not use Spider Spray again.

Repeated spraying was required. Even after repeated sprays we still had spiders throughout the year. They completely missed their first appointment time. I had to reschedule for another day.

They were very punctual with their time commitment. Dead spiders are the result of their work. They were very nice. I called them and they came out the next day.

They did a great job. We would recommend this company to our friends and family.

No personal attention, just felt like we're a number. I would like someone to come in and go the extra mile and be more thorough.

I was frustrated with the company, because they wouldn't take care of the wasp nest. I had to call another company. I do, however, like the spray they used for spiders and ants because it is odorless. I would not use them again.
