Got out of the shower one morning and my furnace was blowing cold air. I called these folks, explained the problem and what I thought might be causing it and requested a service call. The lady who answered the phone made a few calls while I waited and came back to me with the news that a serviceman could be at my house within two hours. I quite happily agreed to that time frame and the tech actually showed up in about one hour. He checked out the furnace and found that the problem was not related to what I thought had failed (which would have been a much more expensive control board), but a plugged line to one of the gas flow sensor devices. He fixed that, did a cleaning of the burner components and replaced a ceramic igniter at my request as I've had problems with those before and this one was getting old. He was very fast, professional, courteous and friendly.

Never showed on time...work was satisfactory, but no I had to stay on top of them. They obviously don't take any pride in their work. They thought I was "over-doing" it when I asked them to seal there joints (which by the way, were leaking everywhere. When I pay professional rates, I want a professional job...

I would say they knew what they were talking about and were very punctual. I would defiantly recommend them to family and friends. They did a wonderful job.
