They did a good job. I think we were satisfied with them. It was satisfactory. The price was fair.

It went great it was taken in on 11/26/13 and the workers stayed late on 11/27/13 to get my car done so that I would have it back in time for Thanksgiving the next day.

I had heard and read good things about Jake's automotive, so I gave it a try.  I liked them as well.  As a woman, I get concerned of being taken advantage of in the car arena.  The company did not try to up-sell services to me or anything.  They just performed the task I asked in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.   I did not feel pressured into anything.  I will go there again.

We go to Jake's Automotive whenever we have a problem with our cars. They are very, very good. They always call before anything after they look at the car and you can talk with them what you want done. They take pictures of things to show you and they tell you why the price is going to be high usually due to what they have to do. I think they are really competitive with everyone in the area. I would give him an A on everything.

The first thing youll notice is that the shop is dirty and disorganized - but that quickly gets overshadowed by the excellent service. The walls are of the shop are covered in seemingly genuine thank you cards from happy customers and grateful members of the community that were supported - like grade schools and sports teams - by Jake and his team. The prices seem to be competitive and I never felt taken advantage of. The guy manning the counter was friendly as I waited and told me about his last experiences at other repair shops that were extreme dishonest. He said that the reason he ended up with Jake is Jakes commitment to integrity. I felt like he was sincere but you never know for sure. The service itself was excellent and timely. They did not pressure me to make further repairs.
