He did a mediocre job on the yard, it looked rushed. Not good at returning emails,calls or text. Tried to get an amount owed, so I could pay him and NEVER got back with me. Have decided to terminate his services.

Joseph is very knowledgeable and professional. He immediately saw several issues that our previous lawn service(s) has either ignored or in some cases caused. We’ve just started with this service but so far are very satisfied.

Joe showed up when he said he would (amazing!) He did everything plus a few nice touches. He cleaned up after himself and was polite and professional every moment. There should be a higher rating than 5 !

He took his time and explained everything to me.

Mr. Taylor called me within minutes and was at my house in half an hour to look over the job needed. He had been working all morning on other jobs and by the sight of his clothes, he looked like a real hard worker. But I wasn't hiring him for his looks, I was hiring him to make my property look better. He was very knowledgeable about the various plants, bushes and trees on my property. He sure educated me. He made an appointment for later in the week, arrived before schedule and began to work. He did a great job at trimming and shaping bushes, trimming trees, blowing away leaves and debris. He raked up all the trimmings and hauled it all away. He worked 5.5 hrs. and quoted me a price below what he had originally quoted me. I have him scheduled to return. He suggested planting a tree in a need spot, which I am having him do.

Mr.Taylor called me within minutes of my request on Home Advisory. He came to my home that night to check out the size of the job and scheduled it for that Saturday. He was on time for the appointment and when my family and I had too leave right after he got there he did the job and left a receipt right where I asked. The job was completed before we got back 2 hours later. Mr. Taylor came himself for everything and also advised me on other jobs I'd been thinking about which he could easily duo now but would be better for my yard to have done at certain times if the year. He could have easily done it out of season and I'd never have known.

Mr. Taylor did some much needed tree trimming for us previously. We were very impressed by his knowledge of the trees and plants and the great care he took in his work. He also answered questions we had re other plants in the yard. We were very pleased to be able to now hire him also for weekly yard maintenance.

OK! I went through quite a few landscaping people in Orem( psalm on this website). . I had promises of getting back to me and following up on the work. Mr. Taylor was the only one who did . What a professional! Not only was he professional in follow up but he was professional in the job he did. He went through the work I requested twice with the quote that he stuck to. This man is a master at his job. He even advised me on things I did not even ask about. I would never have a problem recommending this gentleman to anyone. You can even come look at my lawn! I am VERY proud of it now.

Very nice man and willing to help with other gardening problems.

Did a good job. Cost was a little high for what they got done.

I can not rate this service yet. I met with mr. taylor and we set up a schedule. so far I have a positive impresion. I will see how it works out. YOUR RATING SYSTEM needs a place to rate as NOT SURE so people can make a report this early.
