Everything went according to plan, and I love the results. Manny Climent was very knowledgeable and advised me on aspects of the work that might require a revision of his original quote. The work was done on schedule, and my requests and questions were answered promptly. I would definitely use his company again if I decide to have any further remodeling done.

It went Terrific! I also had a load bearing wall removed. The work was on time and on budget. They are friendly, clean and fast. I absolutely LOVE my new open kitchen. Manny made it super easy and he is great on communication. I am having Climent Construction come back to remodel 2 bathrooms. cannot wait!

I was very happy with them. I haven't proceeded on the contract to do the remodeling, but I was very happy with the vision he had. He came out. We made an appointment and he was on time when he came out to my home. He looked at the kitchen, he measured some things, and said "What were you thinking of?" He asked me my opinions and what I wanted. He said what could easily be done and what would be more difficult to do and gave me different prices on what could be done and how far did I want to go. He said he would come up with some plans. He sent me a rough draft of what could be done. I have been very pleased with him and I said I would get back to him when some money was available. The quality depended on me. I could of gone for top quality or I could of cut a little money off, but for what I got, I was very pleased. Their responsiveness was wonderful. It took 2 weeks. The best part of the of the whole work they did was their punctuality and follow through. I would tell people that I had a wonderful experience and I hope they would to and they follow through on their promise. I got my monies worth.

It was an amazingly hassle free experience, as his team arrived every day, met all of our expectations, and were a pleasure to work with.  We appreciated the detailed bid, and the suggestions he and his team made to improve our original plans.  We have given Climent Construction recommendations to two of our neighbors, and would hire them again for another project.

what can i say except Manny is the man.
first round was a bathroom and since he did a great job, brought him back for 2 more.
competitive price, in constant contact, professional work and completed all of the extra demands i wanted.
will be calling him for a new kitchen soon.

Manny and his crew did excellent work. They were professional and courteous. They do quality work and, equally important, treated our home with respect; cleaning up every night. They realized we still were living here and made it comfortable for us even though things were being torn apart and re-built. Manny's rates are comparable to others but the quality of work and the professional approach of his crew are the main reasons why we highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done.

Chose not to use them due to price.

It went awesome.  They did a wonderful job and we have a very custom, higher end home so I was hesitant at first.  These guys did a better job in my opinion than the original craftsman team.  They matched everything to the T!  They sealed off rooms and hallways to eliminate or reduce dust and were an absolute pleasure to work with.  I will recommend them and use them again and again,  Thanks

We had a full kitchen remodel and finished  about 1/2 of the basement. The project went well, they got it completed in the required timeline, and the price of the original contract stayed the same. We did add some work to the job, (about $2500) and I felt that the price was very fair, and  I was not overcharged for the extras. 
Would and will use again, and would recommend to others.

Manny was quick to come out and give us a detailed bid.  He was able to start right away.  Everything went well and we are pleased with his workmanship and how the bathroom turned out.
