+ -1 moreSteve came to give bid. He was very pleasant. Gave me a lot of info. Unfortunately as I investigated the info he gave me, it became clear that much of it was misinformation. The issue of most concern was his estimate of my roof square footage at 3600 square feet. I had the original roofing documents that showed only 2900 square fett and this was confirmed by other bidders. I called Steve to ask him about the difference. He stated "accounting for waste". He was not at all apologetic.
Description of Work: Gave bid on metal roofing.
