Window and Gutter cleaning Many smudges on windows inside and out Repeated requests to re do missed windows - always redone but inadequate Windows/screens missed completely Dirt/mud left on deck, drive and porch from gutter cleaning Repeated requests to clean gutter cleaning mess - inadequate job Screens replaced on wrong windows that did not fit Difficult communication - much through phone interpreter Typed messages saying he couldn’t get some smudges out - when he left - I did it and they came off easily Water marks on window sill Seemed to be looking for instructions continuously window sills - not wiped after washing Clearly inadequately prepared technician - lack of skills/training Personally needed to cleanup after tech left - 1+ hours Very disappointed - Called company immediately after tech finished - left message - texted same number and left messages similar to review above. No return call or text from company. We don't blame the tech and left a generous cash tip - he simply was not trained and had no concept of what the job required
