It went very well. He was friendly and outgoing. He worked diligently, explaining what he was doing and why. He had to do some modifications to make the door fit properly, but added no extra charge. He gets only one ding in that he forgot to put in the plugs that cover screwholes on the inside of the door. Not really a big deal, though.
