I called Shaun to set up a day to give us a bid on the work we needed done. He called three times to reschedule. After an estimate was made I paid him 50% of the bid so he could get the supplies he would need. The following day he was scheduled to do the work around 11:00 AM. At 11:30 AM I got a call from him letting me know that he was running errands in a town 20 min. away but would be at our home shortly. I also had errands, he said I did not need to be there as long as there was an outside power supply. 2 hours later I got another call he was still running errands and it would be a few more hours. I expressed the need to have it done before the weekend. He stated that I was a demanding woman who wanted things done her way (I was paying for it, so he was right) and if that was the case he would be by my home later that evening to return the deposit. His comments were very unprofessional and rude. He came to my home later that night and didn't say a word to me just handed me the deposit that I had gave him and walked away.
