Keith came over a few days later. He said it was hard to estimate how long it might take, but he would charge $45/hour. ..could be 2 hours, might be a full day. It was only 2 hours, and vio'la! He had the whole mess unraveled and fixed. New breaker, a few crossed wires. Great job!!

My wife and I were very pleased with the professional service Keith provided.  He was in our home on several occasions and was always courteous and willing to listen to our needs.  We knew we wanted to get rid of our existing "90's style" boxed kitchen lighting but weren't sure what we would replace it with.  Keith's recommendations and tips led to a result that we're really happy with.  He was a great resource throughout the process.

We bought a home built in 1949. The home wasn't in the greatest shape when we closed, but Keith was willing to provide input and advice before we even closed on the house. He even started work the day we received keys. The house was assessed from top to bottom and he was very honest when it came to projects that could wait, and what things definitely needed to addressed sooner. He was very knowledgeable and didn't act surprised by anything that needed to be done. He had a lot of experience and knew exactly what needed to be done. He also was willing to handle the communication with the city so that we didn't have to worry about permits or codes. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. We were very very pleased with the entire experience. We plan on using KTE for all future projects as we continue the remodel on this house.

He was punctual, quick and honest.  He helped explain the different options of what we needed and explained the best ways to do everything and the work that is entailed with each option.  We felt like we need to rewire a breaker, but he let us know it was sound and didn't need to be rewired.  Gave advice on all of our future projects.  Helped us to understand what we needed to have done now and what can wait.
