I did not know that this company existed in Payson. I'm so glad they are! What excellent service they provide. I will hire them again, again and again! Thank you for getting my furnace working again.😊

When our furnace stopped blowing hot air they were at our house within 30 minutes, even though it was 5:30 pm. Clint called & when I told him we had 2 little grandkids living with us and we needed heat, he called Leo who had just gotten home. Leo came right over; he lives 10 minutes away. The motherboard on our Trane furnace had gone bad after less than 2.5 years & Leo drove to the Trane warehouse the next morning, A warranty issue arose because of the way a different company had installed it, and Clint called Trane to straighten it out. We will definitely be calling Climate Doctor when we need to replace our 20-yr-old air conditioning unit. We felt that they were honest, reasonably priced and knew what they were doing.

MY AC system stopped at 2:30, called at 3;15, they arrived at 3:45, system up and running at 4:30. Very reasonable repair costs. My highest recommendation for Climate Doctor service.

They were able to come the day the A/C broke, and were less expensive than any other option we looked at.

Our A/C went down in the hottest stretch of the summer. I checked all of the usual suspects but had no luck getting it going. I called another repair place I had used before but they couldn't fit us in for a week. Climate Doctor said "I know it's miserable when your system goes down- let me call a tech and see if he's willing to make a call at your place after normal hours. ". He stopped in, replaced the bad capacitors on our compressor and had us cool by that evening. Sweet!

They were very accommodating and quick. They brought the part with them when they came and it was fixed in a matter of moments. The price was reasonable. Overall very efficient aND easy to work with.

Honest and fast service. They were my 2nd opinion for the work that needed done. They saves us over $400 compared to the first contractor that came and gave us their estimate. I would recommend them for the spectacular service..

Very knowlegeable and knew what he was doing. Had it correctly diagnosed in 10 minutes and so far so good!

He was friendly, on time and knew what he was doing. He was clearly technically knowledgeable and comfortable with air conditioners. He found the problem with my air conditioner in just a couple of minutes and even had the part we needed in his truck. Afterward, he answered a few questions we had about our vent system. It was like having our own private technician. We will definitely call him again when we need service.

I felt the cost for service performed was high. In addition, not every problem with our A/C was even addressed.

He was great to work with, fixed the problem on the first call. The furnace diagnostics price was a little higher than competitor's quote but he was knowledgeable.

He showed up an hour after we first spoke and finished the job in about an hour and a half, and that includes the time he spent going to get a new part. Excellent service.

very professional, heating and cooling repairs are generally expensive so get ready for the bill... might help if you can contact Climate Doctor directly?
