Alan was awesome to work with! He completely gutted our kitchen & took out a wall to create an open inviting kitchen/dining/living area. Using his expertise and insight he was able to find ways to fulfill my wifeâ s creative ideas and vision despite pink not being Alanâ s favorite color. Coordinating subcontractors & using an amazing cabinet maker David Tyler - Alpine Remodeling Solutuons it came together to create a great entertaining area.

American Legacy just finished putting in a new bathroom in our basement and we couldn't be happier. Alan gave us an itemized quote and worked within our budget. He was also quick to recommend ways we could save money. All the work was done ahead of our target date. Alan is a pro who communicates and listens well. This was our first time hiring a contractor for a project like this and we couldn't have made a better choice. He was on time, he diagnosed my problem and was able to fix it without putting any parts he charged me nothing for the service or travel time and showed me how to fix the sprinkler valve access so I would not have to dig it up next time. it was just a leaking velve that he repaired..

Alan was very good about planning so I would not be without a toilet in the master bath for more than a day, since I had just gotten out of the hospital and was barely ambulatory. He installed all the necessary grab bars to make the shower safe. The materials are beautiful and safe. The floor and shower are both non-skid. He worked around my husband's crazy hospital work schedule even though he was busy with other clients. Pricing was very fair. I would recommend him to anyone.

Alan was very eay to work with. There were a few unexpected issues and he fixed them at no additional cost. The project was done quickly and the quality was good

Alen was excellent to work with, Because he was busy, he had a subcontractor come by to do the work, and they were fantastic. The work was done quickly and neatly, they cleaned up afterwards, and verified that I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely call on them again.

Alan explained everything he was going to do to solve my problem. I found him to be very courteous & a hard worker. I am very lucky to have him install my sprinklers for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to people.

Busy time of year for contractor, he made the first site visit and ended up farming the job out to a subcontractor who was knowledgeable and was able to perform the necessary repair. I had to call him back when my sprinklers would not shut down. The issue was created by the initial repair and the subcontractor fixed the issue. Overall reliable professional who is aware of the customer's needs and will farm out work to reliable individuals if he is unavailable.

He came out when nobody would - it was snowing , the ground was frozen, & my tenant's sprinkler pipe burst. According to my tenant, he was very thorough and his priority was on doing a quality job done right. The project ended up very expensive not because of fault on his part, but because of the adverse weather condition.

He was so easy to work with, was on time, worked long hours, cleaned up. He did 2 bathroom remodels and the people he hired to do the cabinets, flooring, wrap around and counter tops were also dependable. I love my new bathrooms and would recommend American Legacy Contracting to anyone. His price was reasonable too

Alan kept checking with me on our appointment and was cooperative when I had to reschedule. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up after himself. I have another project I am calling him on today.

I needed help adjusting my sprinkler system and he was very friendly and knowledgeable on doing so. He gave me some tips on watering efficiently as well as making some further adjustments on my own. I'm glad I called.
