The free estimate process was easy and informative.  The pricing and warranty was competitive to other bids that I received.  The installer arrived on time and had the installation completed exactly has promised.  I would definitely recommend this company to my neighbors in Park City and elsewhere.

The installer arrived right on time, was pleasant and efficient as he installed and then gave me very clear instructions on use of the new filter and follow-up maintenance. He removed the old unit and left the area spotless. Both the installer and the owner were very professional and efficient.

The principal visited our home and explained how systems work. He recommended a softening capacity and explained why He described the difference among three systems that he had experience with. Other companies recommend a significantly greater capacity and costs that were 15% to 20% higher. My wife and I chose a mid-priced system; Water Science included free the first load of salt. A technician installed the system the next day at the appointed time. The system has been working well since Water Science installed it.
