Summit Overhead Door

When our garage door opener spring broke at 5:00 on 12/30 - I was afraid we'd be locked in for days. After checking Angie's List for a service provider in our area and finding no one local and at that, not many garage door companies listed, I recalled that my son had used a local fellow a number of years ago to fix his garage door track and luckily he still had the card!!!! My son remembered the service man being very nice and professional. I called John at Summit Overhead Door. He offered to come out asap - but suggested if I could get a car out by using the door in manual mode (and he offered to come over and do that for us) - I'd save on an emergency call fee and he would come out first thing in the morning. Since my son was able to open the door for us I opted for the next morning call. (by the way - it was snowing like a banshee during all this!). John arrived by 8:30 measured the door spring and head down to the valley for the replacement - he returned promptly and by noon we had a fully operating door with a brand new spring AND a tune-up on the track and electronics. We found John to be very pleasant - helpful - and prompt. As well, his fee was very reasonable. I would recommend Summit Overhead Door and not hesitate to use this company again.
