We recently purchased our home in Jeremy Ranch that was listed by these two realtors. They sent out a full color brochure of our home and a letter revealing how much we paid for our home to every resident in Jeremy Ranch without our knowledge or permission. We find this an inexcusable invasion of our privacy and unethical behavior on their part. In addition the owner refused to meet with us due to the final accepted price. Understandable. However these two realtors also refused to meet with us. We sent a letter to the Park City Board of Realtors requesting a reply and to date neither the board or the realtors have replied. Recognizing that the sale price is public knowledge should anyone care to take the time to look it up, we feel that to have it sent along with full color photos of our house inside and out without our knowledge was unprofessional and inexcusable.
