SAN LUIS VIDEO SYSTEMS

It took us quite awhile to get an installer to come out and perform the necessay work.  Keith Lilley at San Luis Video Systems assured me that their firm could do the work and it would be done correclty.  An independent contractor finally was sent out and was able to install the flat screen above the fireplace and run the necessary connections to the satellite box and DVD/VCR player.The universal remote that we purchased, based on San Luis Video Systems recommendation, never did work correctly and finally quit working all together.  I called Keith at San Luis Video Systems and he advised me to return the unit  to Amazon.com, which we did. He said he would refund the amount we paid for the unit ( $100).  This was approximately 8-9 months ago.  I have spoken to Keith on the phone and sent numerous e-mails and am still waiting to see if the refund is coming, which he had reassured it would be taken care of.  To date we have not received the refund as promised.
