Satellite TV Equipment Service
Horrible. Customer service at Qwest and Direct TV is the worst of any company I have dealt with. I spent 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone trying to sort it out and got shuffled back and forth between Qwest and Direct TV. I then tried online chats with a live person to no avail If you have a choice of providers (which I don't) I recommend anyone but bundling with Qwest. I was also assured I would get a survey requesting feedback but because the chat included negative comments about Qwest's customer service I did not get one.
