Not good at all. They show up the first day with like 10 people and within an hour theyve all left except two that were very inexperience an unprofessional. They said it would take 3 days, 8 days later I kicked them off my property. They didnt caulk things right, I noticed my living room light kept turning on and off. I went into the living room and found his painter rolling the paint over my light switches. Got paint all over the plugs. I did not want them to paint my doors or trim but they got paint all over them. I have an awning out front they painted the outside of them but when you are in the house looking out you can see theyre not painted underneath. I found out later, that they had washed their brushes off in a bucket and then pitched it in the back corner of my yard against my wall. Ive never seen such inexperience unprofessional people in my life and Ive redone 38 homes. Daniel the owner and Cameron the manager were never around unless I called them complaining about what these people were doing. Most of the time they would just call their workers on the phone instead of coming and seeing what they did. Eddie their head painter has a very bad attitude towards women oh, he made a mess of my ceiling. And was very upset that he had to repaint some of the parts that I had pointed out in the walk through at the end. My husband and I normally redo our homes ourselves, since he is sick and cannot do it I could not do it alone. They charged me $7,400 and told me I had a two year warranty. I wouldnt have those people back on my property for anything. If I could give them no stars at all I would have. I do not know where they got the pictures to show people on their website of before and after but they dont look anything like the work they did at my house. I told Daniel, it shouldnt matter if your home is a double wide mobile home or a million-dollar house it should all be treated the same, taken care of in a professional manner. Beware of this company and their crew!

They were great. They were efficient and finished the work in the timeframe they gave us. They even changed the paint color for me after they had started and repainted half of one room

Painter Brothers did an amazing job painting the banister of the stairway, creating a completely new look to the entrance of my house.

The contract stated the job would take approximately 2 weeks to complete, it actually took 4.5 weeks for them to be completely finished. The job was 4000 square feet, including walls, ceiling, trim and doors. The crew that walked through the Friday before the job started was switched to another job the day our job was supposed to start (following Monday). The company had access to our home for the first 8 days (24 hrs a day) while we were out of town. Paint was not on site until day 5 (midday). Our house was left unlocked all weekend. The crew used was subcontracted out (they did not care about a lot of details). To their credit, the miscellaneous errors done by the subcontractors were corrected by Painter1. The bid was not detailed enough on what was being charged for. All masking and tape was removed and stored in garage, we did not have garage access for the duration of the job.

Painters1 painted two garage doors for $900+. Less than 1 year later the paint began to bubble and peel off the doors. Called and emailed Painters1 multiple times. They refuse to respond. I cant believe they are still in business. I think any other painting company would be a MUCH better choice.

We are happy with the way our house turned out

The foreman came the day before work commenced to go over the project with us, and stopped by every day to check progress. He also came by at the end to do a walk through and was very thorough and marked several places that needed touch up which the painters took care of right away because they were still onsite. The painters were very good and thorough, helped me move some of the heavy items prior to starting, were on time every day and worked very hard and efficiently, I will likely use Painter 1 on my next project.

Conrad and Kelly were both very nice, but the paint crew they sent to paint the house could not follow simple instructions and had to come out several times to fix basic mistakes. I finally gave up out of frustration. What should have been a simple job turned into a big disappointment. I could not recommend Painter1.

They came and did what they said they would do in a very timely manner and efficiently. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

They are a great company to work with. They were always on top of everything and did an excellent job.
