How this outfit has a 4.3 positive rating is a mystery to me! I actually believed that Angi.com was a good place to find contractors. Nevertheless, I am 0-2 on Angi recommendations, and the review system has to be rigged. I will never use this website again for a list of quality contractors. I signed contracts with 2 different vendors, and they both horrendous. This particular crew installed a simple 3 sided gutter, but the professionalism was atrocious, gutters leaked (guaranteed not to), then trying to get them out to seal the leaks took 2.5 months. They finally arrive (hours later then scheduled time)to do the fix, full of attitude, as if, I made the gutters leak like a sieve. I am a construction superintendent for the largest developer in Deer Valley with 100's of millions of worked scheduled. You would think they might want some of that future work ... absolutely could care less. I would be better off installing the gutters ourselves, then deal with this crew ever again.

they were great about getting out to my house and clearing my roof to stop the leaking, but then when I called them in the spring to arrange to have them come out and give me an estimate for doing the preventative repair, they never called me back. I tried again 2 weeks ago (September) and I have yet to receive the simple courtesy of a return phone call.

Very responsive for an initial emergency call in a time where all providers were very busy due to huge rainstorms.  I need them to come back to do the  permanent repair and could not get a response from them after repeated tries over months .

This is the third roof this company has done for me on three different properties.  The first was a reroof on a log house outside of Park City.  It was a combination asphalt shingles on steep parts and metal roofing on areas with little slope.  Also there was a problem on a deck that was leaking into the room below.  Then they reroofed a rental property in Salt Lake.  Lastly they put on a new roof in Jeremy Ranch.  I am very happy with all the work done.  The work was done on time and they did great job of cleaning up.  There was one problem that came up during all the rain we had last summer with drainage in roof valleys jumping over the gutters.  They came out immediately and fixed the problem.  Well done.

There was a mystery leak and we wanted to rule out the roof 1st before we tackle the plumbing.

After my disappointment with previous vendor, I called On Top Roofing and asked for emergency repair.  They came on time and worked hard for two hours to uncover the leak, tear apart the roof and rebuild it.  Their prices were a bit high but acceptable given the rapid response and hour long drive to the work site.

They did a really good job.

After checking out multiple roofers (most with expired licenses or law suits pending or sanctions by the state) I was beginning to think this insustry was totally corrupt.  To my surprise On Top Roofing was totally clean - current license, insurance in place, no bad reviews, no sanctions from the state, and no pending law suits!  They werer very professional and I'm very pleased.

They did a quick and a good job and we will continue to use their services in the future.
