Mid Mountain Construction

Tom and Pam were great to work with.  We are 1800 miles away from our home and they handled everything promptly, professionally, and with great communications.  They made suggestions, submitted a plan with their bid, did everything in a timely manner and took total responsibility for the project.  I feel they went above and beyond in every way.  Their bid came in just a bit higher than some others, but the peace of mind of having someone treat my home as though it were their own and know that they were in constant communication was worth every additional penny.

We have referred several of our friends to him; and they have been really happy with, his work. He said it would take three or three and half weeks to complete the work; he got it done in, three and half weeks. If somebody didn’t show up; to do some work then he would do it, himself. He did an excellent job and is really good with, cabinet tree. He is pretty busy; because friends keep referring him to, other friends. I have seen his work in the, end of September 2011; when he redid a kitchen for, my friend. We are planning to do the bathroom remodeling; as soon as we get the money, we will get him to do that for, us too. He helped us with some roofing problems. He had to do some plumbing work; related to the furnace installation and he helped us with that too. He got the plumber and the electrician; they did all of our plumbing and electrical work that needed, to be done. He is really good and his estimates are pretty much, accurate. I know somebody who got someone else to do their work; because, our contractors estimate was a little bit higher. They ended up paying more than what our contractor had quoted them. We chose, Mid Morning Construction; because, we have seen the work that he has done for other people and really, liked it. His quotes were a little more expensive than the others. It did end up costing more than his estimate but it wasn’t because anything was wrong with his bid; we had a mid project up gradation.
