I called for an estimate to remove a tree that was dying and previous cabin owners built their deck around. I was very concerned for the wellbeing of my cabin as well as the deck when it came to the removal of this tree. When I called for an estimate and made the appointment, I was so impressed that they came to my property on a Saturday morning and were even a bit early. They we very professional and so knowledgeable about the species of trees, the best way to remove, and really educated me more than I had expected. After getting several bids, I chose to use Low Stump and am so glad I did. I schedule the work to be done and they fit me in in about a weeks time ( earlier if it would have worked for my schedule) They showed up bright and early on a Monday morning and were again prompt and ready to work. They had a crew of four and got the job done in a very timely manner. I also had them deadwood some trees located neR the home and driveway. They cleaned up all debris and hauled away. I was very impressed by their knowledge and wonderful teamwork and all with such professionalism. I will defiantly use them again and would recommend for anyone no matter what the size of your job. These guys did an amazing job climbing each tree and taking  them down in pieces, with the time and care to ensure none of our property was damaged.   it was a full day's job and after seeing what was involved, the price was well worth it.  The crew was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them for any tree removal service.

We have used this company for several years and have always had a great experience.  They quickly found time to come out to look at the trees we needed to be pruned and came back with a great price. They even went above and beyond and did a quick pruning when they came out to give us a bid so the tree limb wouldn't damage our new trees.  They are all very professional and very fast! Our trees look wonderful and we will only use them in the future.

It was a Big Deal purchase and it went fine. They did honor the Big Deal price but they got it wrong a couple of times and I had to remind them. They had billed me $100 off which was what I paid for the deal and I had to remind them that it should have been $200 off. They were really good. They walked around the yard and answered all my questions.

I recently purchased property with mature landscaping that had been neglected. Low Stump came out and walked thru the property with me, explaining what needed to be done, what was most urgent and what could wait until spring. We agreed they would take down some dead or dying trees and prune others. When they came to do the work, they were prompt and fast and cleaned up the yard afterward. And on top of that they are really nice guys!

How do you say "well done".  We met Collin at a neighborhood event and asked him to give us a quote to remove a few trees from our lot.  He was there the following day, gave us a quote and we scheduled to have trees removed.  We were very impressed with his professionalism.  He scheduled to be here at 9 am and was right on time with all the equipment needed to remove the trees.  They ended up removing 4 trees ranging from 50 to 65 ft high.  When the work was completed they cleaned up all the tree trimmings, branches and cut the tree in stumps for firewood.  You would never had know that they removed 4 trees.  I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use their services in the future.

We can't imagine working with a better group of guys.  It was apparent that Travis, Collin, and everyone on their team really cared about doing a great job, and they went above and beyond when it came to clean-up of branches; they even piled up some of the wood for us, which was not part of the contract.  That was such a nice gesture and saved us valuable time.  They were prompt in coming out to give us an estimate and gave a very reasonable bid for the work we ultimately hired them to perform. They took time to answer our questions and offer suggestions about what we could do to make our property safer in terms of clearing brush, wood, etc., in case of wildfires.  After the work was completed, they were patient with us in coordinating a time to meet in the Salt Lake area to settle the bill, since we were traveling a lot at that time.  They are honest, hard-working, and knowledgeable guys, and we look forward to hiring them again in the future.
