 + -1 moreThe problem is that the company was so unresponsive to my requests to rectify my bill that I was forced to take legal action to A) get the bill fixed and B) remove the false lien from my property.
Description of Work: I purchased my condo in 1999. The common area and outside of the structure are managed by Greater Park City Properties (GPCP). The HOA's CCR's outline the powers granted to the management company by way of the HOA. GPCP was billing for fees that were not outlined in the CCRs. After several letters and emails to GPCP over the course of a few years and refusal to pay the fees, GPCP put a lien on my home for unpaid fees. I filed a counter claim and won. All fees were removed from the account. I continue to have to deal with the company and the service and knowledge continue to be substandard.
