"I am sorry you are unhappy with our service. When you first contacted me you only wanted a small area cleaned and then had us clean more, hence the price increase. We charge by the sq/ft and we only charge for the area we clean. We offer two types of carpet cleaning. I recommended a dry method to you but you did not like that method so I used the method you wanted. Once again I am sorry you where unhappy with our service please let me know if there is something we can do to make this right. As a busyness owner we hate to get bad reviews but some times there are people that will never be happy regardless of how hard we try."
