Great customer care. I did not do much of anything other than send Kathy information by fax or secure email. She kept in touch by phone and email during the process, which took about one month due to a backlog of mortgages banks and title companies were processing, to let me know what was happening and scheduled the closing around my schedule at my office. She gave me a password to open confidential emails so nothing came through the mail. I did not even meet her until the closing.
