Ward Brothers Carpet Care

The carpet cleaner was very young and not too well groomed. He seemed inexperienced and was quite rough in the way he used his equipment. He didn't watch what he was doing and he knocked off several pictures off of our wall in the upstairs hallway. One picture fell to the carpet with the corner hitting it first and it punctured our carpet before tumbling downstairs to the lower level. I tried to get the carpet fixed but it is berber and couldn't be repaired well. Overall, I was unhappy with the experience and would never use this company again.

They did a good job. I found out about them from a broker. The ad was for hand held machine cleaning only. I might look around for another company because of this. I would recommend family and friends.

I found Ward Brothers to be very reasonably priced. They arrived on time. I will be calling them to do more work for me in the future.

I do plan on using them again in the future. I have used Ward Brothers in the past. Because there were some problems with the equipment, it took a little bit longer than normal, but with the rate I got I'm not complaining.
