Wrong measure for two patio doors. He needed to reorder from the factory. Will take another 4-6 weeks!!! Hunter Douglas reportedly has manufacturing problem with the fabric. Jake (Universal ) is not able to give us a time table and has been slow to respond.

"First let me say that the (member name removed) were great customers. To clarify a few things the wrong measurement was do to an internal software algorithm at the Hunter Douglas manufacturing facility and not due to Universal Interiors or Jake. After this problem occurred the shades were immediately reordered. Unfortunately Hunter Douglas was backordered on this particular fabric which caused a longer delay. We did inform the (member name removed) of the backorder date and told them that we would let them know if the date changed. I do admit that we could have updated them on the status of their order more often but, the date never changed and we did not have any new information to give them. We did everything in our power to make sure that the Smits were happy and we apologize for the manufacturing inconveniences which occurred. The job is now complete and the shades look wonderful."
