The main reason we used her is because she will give you 1% to 2% of her commission, so when we bought the house she gave us like $800 or $900 of her commission. She always made time for us. She knew what we were looking for, so she didn't take us on wild goose chases. When we decided we couldn't afford housing in that area, and even though she wasn't familiar with that area, she was more than willing to pool the information for us and take us around to look at homes in the area. The overall experience was excellent.
