The workers are very friendly. They are helpful in suggesting which services to go with. I have had them change tires, put slime, rotate the grips, and various other services, because when you buy a bike from them they offer lifetime service. They tell me what the options are, and recommend services that would work the best. The workers are mostly college-aged guys, so they are more like your "bros," but as a whole, they seem very knowledgeable about bikes & bike services.
