Was told the water filter casing unit was broken beause it "probably froze and cracked". Given a quote of $444.75 to repair which was for parts and labor. When I asked how much the part was they refused to break down their cost. I called the main office and was told they do not provide that information. If you're asking me to pay close to $500 for a repair for a broken part, I have the right to know what is parts and what is labor. Fundamental thing this provider has forgotten - the customer is always right.

They came in and sat on the stool. They said to change the soap. They never even looked at it.

I am very confident in this company and use it for many repairs. They always come when my scheduled appointment is. They are also very honest. If they can't fix it, they tell you.

They did a really good job. They were very professional. They came right on time, and were a pleasure to work with.

He just sat there and said nothing was wrong with my dishwasher. He told me to use different soap and it should work. Of course it didn't, so I had to have my husband fix it this time. I would not recommend them to family or friends.
